          Will it turn my neck green, or make my skin react?

          No. Every piece starts with a 316L stainless steel core, then gets 18K gold or 925 silver PVD plating bonded to it, not sprayed on top the way cheap costume jewelry is. That bond is what stops it from flaking, fading, or turning your skin green. Wear it every day and it holds its color.

          Can I shower, swim, or work out in it?

          Yes. That's the whole point of building it this way. Saphir is fully waterproof, so you can shower, sweat, and swim in it without it fading or discoloring. Take it off for nothing.

          Is this real gold?

          It's real 18K gold, just not solid gold all the way through. Each piece is a 316L stainless steel core with real 18K gold (or 925 silver) PVD plating bonded to it. That gives you the look and the durability of solid gold for a fraction of the price, and we'll never call it solid when it isn't.

          Are the stones real diamonds?

          No, and we won't tell you otherwise. The stones are VS-clarity CZ, a simulated diamond cut and set to look sharp next to the real thing. We never call a CZ stone a diamond, lab-grown diamond, or moissanite.

          What’s your return policy?

          If anything is wrong with your piece (a defect, the wrong item or size, or damage in transit) we make it right on us: a prepaid label and a replacement or full refund. If it's simply not the one for you, you have 14 days from delivery to send it back for store credit or exchange it for another size or color. You cover the return shipping, it comes back unworn in its original packaging with the free chain, and we ask for a few photos and a quick note on what didn't work so we can point you to a better fit.
