Overview

Thank you for shopping with Saphir. We're committed to getting your order to you efficiently and safely. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your order — including what to do if something goes wrong. Order Processing & Handling Time

All Saphir orders are prepared, quality-checked, and packaged within 1–2 business days of order placement. Orders placed after 5PM CT, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an automatic email confirmation with your tracking number and carrier information.

Shipping Transit Times

After your order leaves our facility, estimated delivery is 5–7 business days within the continental United States. Transit times are provided by the carrier and are estimates only — they are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays caused by weather events, carrier volume surges, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery windows.

Total estimated time from order to doorstep: 6–9 business days (1–2 days handling + 5–7 days transit).

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. No minimum purchase amount is required. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, we ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii (please note transit times may be longer for non-contiguous states). We currently do not offer international shipping or shipping to U.S. territories. If you're located outside the United States and are interested in placing an order, please contact us at support@shopsaphir.co and we'll do our best to assist.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO military addresses via USPS. Please allow additional transit time for these locations, as carrier availability may be limited.

Carriers

We ship via major U.S. carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and the shipping method available at the time of fulfillment. Carrier selection is at our discretion and is based on the most reliable option for your area.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your shipment in real time. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after your order is first scanned by the carrier.

If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@shopsaphir.co with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Saphir is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at the time of purchase. If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@shopsaphir.co — we may be able to update it if your order hasn't yet shipped.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you need to modify your order (address change, item swap, etc.) or cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@shopsaphir.co. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, modifications and cancellations may no longer be possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please take these steps:

  1. Check around your door, with neighbors, and with your building management.
  2. Wait 24–48 hours — carriers occasionally scan packages as delivered before final drop-off.
  3. Contact us at support@shopsaphir.co with your order number so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

Saphir is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do everything we reasonably can to assist in the event of a lost or stolen package.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please:

  1. Photograph both the item and its outer packaging immediately upon opening.
  2. Email us at support@shopsaphir.co within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

We'll work quickly to file a carrier claim and find a resolution. Reports made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a claim. For full details on your options in the event of a damaged item, please see our Return & Refund Policy.
