Welcome to Saphir. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at shopsaphir.co (the "Site") and your purchase of any products offered through the Site. By visiting our Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Saphir. "You" refers to any visitor, user, or customer of the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on our Site. By using our Site and completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide — including your name, shipping address, and payment details — is accurate, current, and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
2. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately display the products offered on our Site, including descriptions, materials, dimensions, and photography. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other Site content is free from errors. Colors and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your display settings.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice. All products are subject to availability.
3. Pricing & Currency
All prices on our Site are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on the Site, and we are not obligated to fulfill orders placed at an incorrect price. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
Applicable sales taxes may be added at checkout depending on your shipping address and applicable state laws. You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply to international orders, if applicable.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product at the listed price, subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order is considered confirmed only once your payment has been successfully processed and you have received an order confirmation email from us.
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and debit cards, processed securely through Shopify Payments, which is PCI-DSS compliant. By providing your payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
If your payment is declined or a fraudulent transaction is detected, we reserve the right to cancel your order and notify you accordingly.
5. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via standard shipping with an estimated transit time of 5–7 business days within the continental United States. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, though we will make every reasonable effort to assist in resolving carrier-related issues.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only on items that arrive with a visible manufacturing defect, damage, or imperfection, within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date. All sales on non-defective items are final. We do not issue monetary refunds except in limited circumstances outlined in our policy.
All stainless steel Saphir pieces are covered by a Lifetime Guarantee against manufacturing defects, which may result in a partial refund at our discretion upon return and inspection.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, photography, graphics, logos, the Saphir name and brand identity, and the overall design and layout of the Site — is the sole property of Saphir and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on our Site without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
8. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses
By using our Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, malware, or malicious code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Site, server, or related systems.

We do not warrant that our Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses, or that defects will be corrected. We are not responsible for any harm to your device resulting from your use of our Site.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Saphir, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, strikes, carrier disruptions, supply chain failures, or other force majeure events. In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and resume performance as quickly as possible.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of our Site or purchase of our products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at support@shopsaphir.co to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, any unresolved dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Harris County, Texas. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
13. Privacy
Your use of our Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Site, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.
