Warranty and Lifetime Warranty

Saphir stands behind every piece we sell. This policy explains our Lifetime Warranty, how we handle items that arrive damaged or defective, and our long-term replacement support.

Lifetime Warranty on stainless steel pieces

Every Saphir stainless steel piece is backed by a Lifetime Warranty. It covers manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship, and it covers rust, tarnishing, or discoloration from normal water exposure. Because our stainless steel pieces are built to be waterproof, everyday water contact (showering, swimming, sweat, rain) is fully covered and will never void your guarantee. Your piece is guaranteed not to rust, tarnish, or turn your skin green from normal wear.

The guarantee does not cover normal wear or scratches that build up over time, accidental damage, loss, deliberate misuse, or third-party modifications. It applies to the original purchaser.

Damaged or defective on arrival

If your item arrives visibly damaged from shipping, photograph the item and the outer packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a carrier claim (see our Shipping Policy). If your item has a manufacturing defect, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. You can reach us at support@shopsaphir.co. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide the next steps. Some items may need to be returned to Saphir Returns, 3140 Dyer St, PO Box 3404, Dallas, TX 75205, United States. Please send returns by USPS. This is a PO Box, and UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to it. If a return is required due to a confirmed defect, Saphir covers the return shipping.

Long-term replacement support

If your item breaks during normal use at any point in the future, you may request a replacement of the same product. Contact us at support@shopsaphir.co with your order number and a brief description or photo of the issue. In some cases the original item may need to be returned before a replacement is issued.
