You can return your Saphir piece within 30 days of delivery, whether you are simply not happy with it or it arrived defective. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. For change-of-mind returns we provide a free prepaid return label; if an item arrives defective or we sent the wrong one, we cover it. Is gold plated jewelry real gold?
